Typed in plain words, not filled into a form. Parts,
prices, offers, machines, customers, the crew and leads are all changed
from here, and every change is written by the same tools the tests
cover. Click an example to try it.
Adding is not the same as correcting: a new machine needs a
manufacturer, a new customer needs to be a business or a person, a new
engineer needs a phone or an email. It will ask rather than guess, and
if a change is refused it says so instead of reporting it as done.

UPS: this order arrivedEngineer: job doneEngineer: I have a question
Two steps in the loop are done by people who are not
in the room: a carrier posting a tracking event, and an engineer
replying to the text they were sent. Without a UPS account or the
engineer's phone those steps are invisible and the chain looks broken.
Each button runs the same function the real path runs.
Nothing is faked or pre-baked; the only thing simulated is who pressed
it. Off unless the server has demo controls enabled.
What it decided
What the desk refused
00
Two different things. Put right means the
customer never knew: an identifier supplied so nobody was asked for an
Asset ID, a tool sent to the business the call was routed to.
Refused means the model was told no and had to do something
else. Every one is a row, not a log line.
Worth a call today 0
Businesses that are not customers yet, found from what
they said in public. Ranked by evidence, never by size. Where the desk
is blocked the restriction is on an artificial voice, not on you.
The number is an ordering score and not a probability:
nothing here has been rung and followed up, so any percentage would be
invented. What it is made of is listed under each one.
Dangerous, before the recall
0
Complaints your own customers made, grouped by model
and read for danger in the words the CPSC actually uses. One person
saying their cooler smells hot is an incident; two on the same model
from different sites is a pattern, and you are the only party who can
see it. A federal notice for the same fault arrives later, if it
arrives at all.
Everyone who owns one is rung, whether or not they complained and
whether or not they agreed to marketing, because a safety call is not
marketing. The night sweep queues those calls and assigns the swaps.
Opening this screen rings nobody.
About to ring, and why
0
Existing customers the desk is going to interrupt, in
the order it will work through them. Not the same list as the hunt
above: those are businesses who are not customers yet.
The suggestion rows are the only commercial ones. They come
from what customers like them run and they do not, need at least three
customers behind them before they are raised at all, and go to any one
customer at most once a month. Everything else here is a safety notice
or a fault, and goes out whatever they said about marketing.
Who it can send
The crew 0
EPA 608 is what legally permits opening a refrigerant
circuit and its types are not interchangeable. Anything flagged red is
somebody rostered for work their certificate does not cover: the desk
already refuses to promise that visit, but the rota still says they do
it.
Who it deals with
May we send them offers 0
An AI voice counts as an artificial or prerecorded
voice, so a MARKETING call needs prior express written consent, while
agreeing on a service call only lets us ring somebody about their own
equipment. The two are stored separately for that reason. The question
is asked once, shortly after an order completes, and it is their reply
to the text -- not what they said on the phone -- that becomes the
record. A refusal shows as loudly as an agreement, so nobody asks
twice.
Waiting on a customer 0
Questions we have put to a customer and not yet had an
answer to. A delivery check-in asks whether the right thing arrived in
one piece; an after-visit check asks the one thing the database cannot
answer for itself, whether the repair held. A customer who never
replies is not the same as one who replied "no", and a fix that failed
twice should stop being offered, which cannot happen if nobody can see
that the question went unanswered.
Orders 0
What customers have actually bought. A draft is an
order the desk raised and read back but nobody confirmed, usually
because the call ended in between: approve confirms it exactly
as the desk would have, sourcing anything we do not hold and putting
it on their account. A machine only becomes theirs when it is
delivered, which is why an order can be paid for and still not be a
machine standing in their kitchen.
On the book 0
Customers, ordered by how much work they have put
through. Anything marked won from a lead started as a business
found from what it said in public, rung, and booked in. Closing a
customer never deletes them, because their work orders are how a
warranty claim gets answered two years later.
What people asked for 0
Said on a call, or when a lead was booked in, and kept
in their words rather than turned into a quote nobody asked for. This
is the end of the chain a promotion starts: a reason to ring, a call,
a name, and the thing they actually want.

somebody else's opinion kept in their own column.
